A Message from Our President

As president and CEO of Building Bridges, I would like to take the time out to thank you for your interest in joining our efforts to empower millions of people in poor communities across the globe. Building Bridges is committed to reducing, and eventually ending, ineffective health systems. We understand the importance of battling the underlying causes of suffering and death so that our work will have a lasting impact. I encourage your interest in joining forces with a diverse, talented, professional, and exceptionally devoted team.

I also have some words of encouragement for all of the people out there who want to do something big, but for some reason, keep their ideas and abilities dormant. I initiated this organization when I was 18 years old. A belief is like a lever; once pulled, everything moves accordingly. Your life is dictated upon what you believe in.  Believe in yourself! Believe that you could accomplish anything you put your mind to. “Anything the mind can conceive, it can achieve.” Throughout this entire experience, I have learned and understood this concept.  Just like the creation of Building Bridges and the belief that we can truly, significantly, improve healthcare for the unfortunate internationally. That belief has manifested itself in each of us, and our hope, dedication, and will has molded that manifestation into a dream─a dream that continues to inspire us to confront these issues and to fortify the good health of people in both developed and developing countries.

Through humanism, perseverance, and support, we can all make a difference, and not only make life for others possible, but beautiful. The elements of life that periodically presents itself can be challenging, however chemistry necessitates that for every one occurrence, some action must be taken, and Building Bridges is our method of action. The sky is the limit!
                                                                                              Best Regards,
                                                      Kenya Crawford
